Scheduling / Service BDC Representative

Location: 51 Beach Ave, Lancaster, NY 14086 

Compensation: $18 - $20.00 per hour (based on knowledge and experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm. No weekends!!

Job Duties and qualifications:

The Scheduling/ Service BDC Representative takes incoming phone calls and makes outgoing calls to customers based on needs such as recalls and past due scheduled maintenance. You will be setting service appointments for customers for our Service Department.

• Handle all guest inquiries immediately with a focus on 100% guest satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with our guests via phone, internet, or text.
• Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from guests and providing general or related vehicle sales information.
• Utilize detailed scripts provided by the dealership in addressing guest inquiries and concerns to meet the dealerships and manufactures objectives.
• Set appointments, following up with any “no show” guests, updating and relaying job statuses to other departments.
• Work in close proximity with other BDC Representatives in a team-based environment.
• Facilitate timely follow up on all internet leads as directed by management and/or procedures.
• Exceptional Oral and Written Communication Skills via phone, one-on-one and online are a must.
• Proficient in basic math and writing skills.
• Proven customer service track record or clear desire to provide next level customer service.
• Comfortable in a high paced, competitive environment.
