Position: Sales Assistant
Location: Basil Orchard Park - 3475 Southwestern BLVD, Orchard Park, NY 14127
Schedule: Option to work full-time or part-time.
Sales Assistant Compensation: $16-$20 per hour (Based on knowledge, experience, store franchise, and volume)
Assist the sales representative in duties including but not limited to:
- Helping the customer locate/select a vehicle and the options best suited to their needs
- Discuss vehicle selection attributes model options features etc.
- Vehicle test drives
- Complete sales documentation in a comprehensive and accurate manner
- Assist with delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle and features operation warranty and servicing requirements
- Maintain current knowledge of all promotions financing options value-add products/services servicing plans and industry trends
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction at all times
- Knowledge of current market technology trends and integration with store brand and make
