Maintenance - Orchard Park, NY - Full Time

We are looking for individuals like you to join the largest family-owned dealer group in WNY as a Building and Grounds Maintenance associate!
Position: Building and Grounds Maintenance
Location: Robert Basil Buick GMC - 3475 Southwestern Blvd, Orchard Park, NY 14127
Compensation: $20/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, with the possibility of overtime
Duties and Qualifications:
- Minor Electrical and Plumbing repairs
- Drywall repair and paint
- Remodel and demo
- Replacement of ceiling tiles
- Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment
- Rearrange office furniture and equipment
- Occasional janitorial duties
- Seasonal Landscaping
- Lawn and Parking Lot Maintenance
- Snow Removal
- Monthly OSHA and fire prevention Inspections
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift at least 60lbs
- Perform other duties, as assigned
