Ford Mobile Service Technician

Basil Ford Walden is one of the largest Ford dealerships in Western New York, with one of the fastest growing service departments in the Northeast. We're expanding our team and are excited to introduce a Mobile Service Technician position - bringing Basil's trusted service directly to the customer.
Position: Ford Mobile Service Technician
Location: 1540 Walden Ave. Cheektowaga, NY 14225
Ford Mobile Service Technician Compensation: Between $50,000 and $70,000 Annually (based on experience)
Schedule: Full Time
What you'll do:
- Perform light maintenance and repair work off-site (oil changes, brakes, batteries, tire rotations, inspections, recalls etc).
- Driver and operate a fully equipped company owned mobile service vehicle.
- Provide excellent customer service while representing the Basil brand in the field
- Document services performed and keep accurate repair orders.
- Work independently while staying connected with the dealership service team.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and vehicle are kept in safe working condition.
- Automotive technician/mechanic experience (Ford or ASE certifications a plus)
- Clean, valid driver's license with good driving record
- Ability to work independently and problem solve on the spot
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working in various environments (customer sites, outdoor conditions)
- Must have a valid NYS Inspectors License
