Position: Customer Care Specialist

Location: Joe Basil Chevrolet - 5111 Transit Rd, Depew, NY 14043

Compensation: $18.00-$20.00/hour depending on experience

Schedule: Full Time Five-day work week

Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain the highest level of customer service 
  • Create an inviting showroom (You are the first face our customers see when they walk in the front door!)
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Communicate with Sales Reps and inform them when appointments arrive
  • Decorate for sales events and holidays
  • Stock the waiting area with coffee and cold beverages
  • Some light lifting may be necessary
