Position: Parts Counter Associate

Location: Robert Basil Buick GMC Cadillac- 3475 Southwestern Blvd Orchard Park, NY 14127

Parts Counter Associate Compensation: Between $45,000 to $65,000 annually (based on knowledge, experience).

Schedule: 5 Day Work Week - Monday-Friday 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. with Saturday rotation 

Parts Counter Associate Job Duties and qualifications:
  • Engaging promptly with customers in both a retail and service department setting, selecting required parts while providing friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
  • Educate customers on all required parts to successfully complete repairs.
  • Answering telephone calls punctually and considerately to make every effort to satisfy the caller’s inquiry
  • Attention to detail when completing vehicle repair orders.
  • Stock incoming inventory in the correct location
  • Provide outstanding customer service experience to drive loyalty
Qualifications:
  • Strong computer skills - parts catalogs and parts processing performed electronically.
  • 2 years at an advanced auto type retail parts counter or dealership experience.
  • Former technician for a min of 2 years
  • General Motors experience a plus
  • Maintain a clean work area
Must be able to pass background screening and drug test
Valid Driver’s License required​ for all positions
