Position: Building and Grounds Maintenance

Location: Robert Basil Buick GMC - 3475 Southwestern Blvd, Orchard Park, NY 14127

Compensation: $20/hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, with the possibility of overtime

Duties and Qualifications:

  • Minor Electrical and Plumbing repairs
  • Drywall repair and paint
  • Remodel and demo
  • Replacement of ceiling tiles
  • Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment
  • Rearrange office furniture and equipment
  • Occasional janitorial duties
  • Seasonal Landscaping
  • Lawn and Parking Lot Maintenance
  • Snow Removal
  • Monthly OSHA and fire prevention Inspections
  • Ability to use hand and power tools
  • Ability to climb a ladder and lift at least 60lbs
  • Perform other duties, as assigned
