Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Basil Ford - 1540 Walden Ave, Cheektowaga, NY 14225
Compensation: Between $52,000- $65,000 annually (based on experience and bonus)
Schedule: Full Time – Five Day Work Week – Some Saturdays included.
Responsibilities: Candidates must be well-spoken and have excellent telephone skills. Candidates must be able to multitask and converse on the phone while setting appointments utilizing multiple computer systems.
- Responsible for overlooking receivables
- Handing incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails
- Check customers in upon their arrival
- Follow up with insurance companies on claim information
- Setting appointments
- Answering general vehicle questions
- Great computer skills
- Able to multi-task
