Position: Assistant Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Now accepting applications at Joe Basil Chevrolet: 5111 Transit Rd, Depew, NY!

Assistant Maintenance Supervisor: $17-22/hour (based on knowledge and experience)

Schedule: Five days a week- Some weekends or off hours may be required for emergency maintenance

Assistant Maintenance Supervisor Job Duties and qualifications:

  • Minor Electrical and Plumbing repairs
  • Drywall repair and paint
  • Remodel and demo
  • Replacement of ceiling tiles
  • Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment
  • Rearrange office furniture and equipment
  • Occasional janitorial duties
  • Seasonal Landscaping
  • Lawn and Parking Lot Maintenance
  • Snow Removal
  • Monthly OSHA and fire prevention Inspections
  • Ability to use hand and power tools
  • Ability to climb a ladder and lift at least 60lbs
  • Perform other duties, as assigned
